This product uses high-quality PVC as the base material, combined with a high-barrier PVDC coating. It offers excellent moisture and oxygen barrier properties, effectively extending the shelf life of pharmaceuticals. Custom colors (blue, green, amber, tran***rent, etc.) are available to enhance brand recognition or meet light-blocking requirements for certain medications.
Product Requirements: Glossy and uniform tran***rency. No cracks, scratches, dents, punctures, delamination, missing spots, or oil stains are allowed. The film roll should be flat, evenly cut, and uniformly elastic.
Coating Weight and Thickness
Coating Weight (PVDC): 40g/m2 and 60g/m2 indicate the weight of the PVDC coating. Typically, the higher the coating weight, the better the barrier performance. Coating weights of 90g/m2, 120g/m2, or even higher are available to meet the needs of different pharmaceutical products.
